To only cancel a shipment, please read 'How to cancel a Tender Request/Shipment'


If you need to tender a shipment to another partner (after its been accepted) you're in the right place.

How to cancel the accepted tender request

  1. Proceed to the Tracking tab.
  2. Select the desired shipment and scroll down to Tenders and click Show.
  3. This will populate the information on the partner who tendered the load, click Cancel. 

    4. A prompt will appear to confirm the cancellation. 

    5. The load will be moved back to Tender on the navigation panel. The tender will have a canceled status. 

Once steps 1-5 are completed, the shipment will be moved back to the Tenders tab

Note: Even though the tender status is CANCELED, tender can be made available to your network partners. 

How to view/tender previously submitted options: 

  1. Proceed to the Tracking tab
  2. View the recently CANCELED tender request 
  3. Scroll down to the section titled Options.
  4. Click Show to view all previously submitted options
  5. Click TENDER on any previously submitted option to send a tender request

To send this tender out to more network partners:

  1. Proceed to the Tracking tab
  2. View the recently CANCELED tender request
  3. Scroll down to the section title Send Requests
  4. Select the partner(s) you would like to send the quote to, click Send.

Note: The tender will reappear as an open quote to all your partners that previously submitted a rate.
