Once the tender request has been accepted by the network partner, three different tracking options are available.  By reading this article, you'll know exactly which tracking method you want your network partner to use and how to activate each one of them.

What are the different tracking options?

  1. Mobile: By drivers downloading the Mobile app, shipments can be tracked at their exact location on Google Maps. Once the driver's phone number is entered, the driver will receive a text with instructions on how to activate tracking.
  2. Ping: Once the driver's phone number is entered, the driver will receive a text message. Driver simply will need to respond YES to activate tracking. There are no downloads required for this tracking option.
  3. Manual Tracking: Using either city, state, or exact addresses - check calls become visible. Each tracking update will be documented on a map for quick visibility.

How to assign a tracking method:

From the Panel View:

  1. Click the Tracking tab.
  2. Click the Pencil icon shown below.

3. Select which tracking method you would like.

4. Enter driver's cell phone number.

From the Grid View:

  1. Click the Tracking tab.
  2. Click Details for the shipment you want to assign tracking.

3. Repeat Step #3 and Step #4 shown above.

From the Map View:

  1. Click the Tracking tab.
  2. Click the Manage Tracking icon shown below.

3. Repeat Step #3 and Step #4.
