To acquire your Account Number, API Username, Key and Account Code, contact customer service at Oak Harbor using the new generic email you have created.

Request that they enable your account for the services you require.
 
Oak Harbor Freight Lines will ask for the following items: 

  1. A generic email address that will solely be used for web services and not already registered with Oak Harbor (for example: oakharborwebservices@mycompany.com)
  2. Physical Address
  3. Phone Number
  4. Fax Number (if applicable)
  5. Environment (Specify TEST & PRODUCTION)

How to Integrate Oak Harbor Freight Lines with Emerge

  1. Log into app.emergetms.com
  2. Click your profile icon at the top right of your screen
  3. Select LTL Connect
  4. Search/Select Oak Harbor Freight Lines
  5. Select the Account Type you would like to setup
  6. Select/Add the Location Information (Please Note: Billing Information can be different)
  7. Enter in Oak Harbor Freight Lines Account Details
  8. Select the partner associated with Oak Harbor Freight Lines
  9.  Click Submit
