After the quote has been built, shippers and carriers/brokers have the ability to upload documents during and after the tendering process. Documents can also be uploaded in the Tenders, Tracking and History pages.
To upload a document, click ADD DOCUMENT.
From the Document Upload window, simply use the Drag & Drop feature or select BROWSE. Choose the file you would like to upload and click Open.
- After the document has been added, choose the Document Type; Proof of Delivery, Bill of Lading or Other.
- Shippers can choose to keep document hidden until the tender has been accepted by checking next to Hide document.
- Press UPLOAD to finish uploading the document.
