After the quote has been built, shippers and carriers/brokers have the ability to upload documents during and after the tendering process. Documents can also be uploaded in the Tenders, Tracking and History pages.

To upload a document, click ADD DOCUMENT.

From the Document Upload window, simply use the Drag & Drop feature or select BROWSE. Choose the file you would like to upload and click Open.

  1. After the document has been added, choose the Document Type; Proof of Delivery, Bill of Lading or Other. 
  2. Shippers can choose to keep document hidden until the tender has been accepted by checking next to Hide document.
  3. Press UPLOAD to finish uploading the document.
